     As a dealer/supplier and service agent/repairer for Daikin, Actron Air, Brivis and Rinnai we have your heating and cooling needs covered to suit your requirements and needs.

     If the value of residential work is above $5000.00 inc GST in NSW, a contract will be issued for signing as a legal requirement of the Building Commission NSW and Licensing requirements. For works above $20,000.00 inc GST the same as above applies, however Home Building Compensation Insurance is also required in which we have a Certificate of Eligibility allowing for such insurance.

     All manufacturers warranty work is completed and handled by us for equipment we supply and install.

     Both Rodney and the company are qualified, licenced and insured in two specialist trades as an Electrical Fitter/Mechanic and as an Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Mechanic in both NSW and the ACT. With over 29 years industry experience in both these fields and variety of offerings to choose from, we're sure you'll be happy working with us.
